Hi, I’m Ali — a wedding photographer based in Canada, originally from Hamburg, Germany. My photography journey began in high school, but it truly took off when my wife gifted me my first Nikon DSLR and encouraged me to simply start shooting.

With over 15 years of experience photographing weddings, my style is photojournalistic and documentary-driven. I focus on capturing real emotions, meaningful details, and candid moments that tell your story naturally and authentically.

I’m married to my incredible wife, Mahbuba — a talented makeup artist, hair stylist, and supermom — who inspires me every day. Together, we’re raising three beautiful children who constantly remind us to see the world with curiosity, patience, and love.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me enjoying a great cup of coffee or dreaming of my favorite places: home with my family, Hamburg, and Barcelona.

  • The final cost of your photography will depend on numerous factors, like how many hours of service you book and any add-ons you have. But as an example $2500 is my starting point for wedding photography coverage.
